A simple rose, yet one of distinct elegance, with delicate pale pink flowers whose fine petals are lighter on the reverse and fade gracefully at the edges, offering a sense of delicacy and refinement.

The medium-sized, cupped-shaped flowers are held on reddish stems and feature slightly ruffled petals, arranged in a romantic and appealing way. The rose emits a medium to strong fragrance, reminiscent of old roses, with fruity hints of lemon, green banana, and apricot.

The medium-sized shrub has glossy, dark green foliage and an ample, arching growth that can reach heights of 100-110 cm at maturity. Shrub roses are known for their vigorous shrubby growth, developing as standalone bushes that do not require support or structures, unlike climbing roses. They are ideal for adding volume to the garden, occupying much more generous space than modern hybrids and offering a rich visual spectacle through their natural and dense form.

It was named in honor of the noble-hearted hero from George Eliot's classic novel. This special rose will certainly find a place of honor in your garden.
