Capri is a Hybrid Tea rose created by the prestigious Tantau house, featuring bright flowers in shades of yellow-orange, intense fragrance, and repeat flowering throughout the season. Its compact habit and very good disease resistance make it suitable for borders, terraces, and gardens where fragrance and lasting beauty are important.
Choose it if you want a fragrant rose in warm tones, with a bright and elegant presence in the garden.
The large flowers, approximately 8–10 cm in diameter, open in brilliant shades of yellow-orange, reminiscent of the warm light of a summer sunrise. The color remains beautiful and expressive even in full sun, giving the plant a lively yet refined appearance.
Fragrance is one of the great assets of the Capri variety. Rich, expressive, and easily noticeable, it combines notes reminiscent of ripe apricots and delicate honey, creating a warm and pleasant atmosphere around the plant. For this reason, Capri is particularly suitable near terraces, walkways, and places where you want to enjoy the garden at your leisure.
The plant has a compact and balanced habit, which provides structure without appearing rigid, and its abundant flowering brings color and dynamism throughout the season. It is a variety that integrates easily into a carefully composed garden, while maintaining a relaxed and lively look.
The refinement characteristic of the Tantau house is clearly reflected in this variety: expressive color, memorable fragrance, and solid performance in the garden, supported by very good resistance to black spot and powdery mildew.
Capri is an inspired choice for those looking for a bright, fragrant, and elegant rose, with dimensions that are easy to integrate and a warm presence in the garden.
