This variety differs significantly from the typical English rose typology, possessing a more natural character and a shrubby habit. The flowers are a striking crimson red, developing individually and having a shallow shape, opening into informal rosettes. The petals quickly lose their color intensity as the blooms age. The fragrance emitted is of old rose, enriched with strong notes of lemon zest.

The shrub forms a robust and quite informal bush, which can reach heights of 120-140 cm at maturity. Shrub roses are recognized for their vigorous shrubby growth, developing as standalone bushes that do not require support or trellises, unlike climbing roses. They are ideal for adding volume to the garden, occupying a much more generous space than modern hybrids and offering a rich visual spectacle through their natural and dense form.
