Trandafirii la rădăcină nudă trebuie scoși din câmp doar după ce au intrat în repaus vegetativ, s-au maturizat și sunt pregătiți pentru iarnă.
Dacă sunt scoși prea devreme, plantele sunt supuse unui stres inutil, iar lăstarii nu au timp să se maturizeze și să se „lemnifice”.
La sfârșitul toamnei, odată cu scăderea temperaturilor, creșterea încetinește, frunzele cad, iar lăstarii se lignifică – adică se maturizează și se „lemnifică”. Astfel, trandafirii intră în iarnă bine pregătiți pentru temperaturile scăzute.
Nu forțăm sezonul doar pentru a livra mai devreme. Așteptăm momentul potrivit din ciclul natural al plantei, astfel încât clientul să primească un trandafir bine maturizat, viguros și pregătit pentru iarnă.

Wedding Piano® is a hybrid tea rose created by the prestigious German house Rosen Tantau, a refined variety from the famous Piano® family, appreciated for its romantic, cream-white flowers, spectacular globular shape, and excellent rain resistance.
Its flowers have an elegant cream-white color, with delicate ivory tones that give them a warm and sophisticated look. The buds open slowly, gradually transforming into true romantic spheres of petals, so characteristic of roses in the Piano® collection.
The flowers are approximately 6–8 cm in diameter and are frequently accompanied by side buds, which create small natural bouquets directly on the plant and give the bush a rich and spectacular appearance.
One of the great advantages of the Wedding Piano® variety is the way the flowers open slowly and in a controlled manner, maintaining their elegant shape for a long time. Rosen Tantau particularly highlights the very good rain resistance of the flowers, an important feature for a rose with such light-colored petals.
The fragrance is delicate, so Wedding Piano® impresses primarily through the elegance and shape of its flowers, its refined color, and their very good durability.
Flowering is repeated, with new waves of flowers throughout the season.
The plant develops a compact, bushy, and upright-growing shrub, reaching approximately 100–130 cm in height at maturity. Its balanced habit allows for easy integration into both elegant flower beds and borders, as well as in mixed gardens with perennial plants.
The flowers are also particularly suitable for cutting. Wedding Piano® is professionally grown by Rosen Tantau, including as a rose for cut flowers, where it stands out with stems of approximately 50–70 cm, the slow opening of the flowers, and very good vase life.
For group plantings, Rosen Tantau recommends approximately 4–5 plants/m², corresponding to a planting distance of approximately 45–50 cm.
Its horticultural qualities have been recognized internationally, with Wedding Piano® winning the Gold Medal in Kortrijk, Belgium, in 2017.
