A particularly beautiful rose in a bright, ripe apricot-pink shade, each flower composed of numerous finely ruffled petals. The blooms are supported by stems with reddish hues and begin as delicate cups, which gradually open into full rosettes, revealing petals of a more intense color that slowly fade over time. Its fragrance is strong, fruity, and delicious, enriching the garden with an irresistible aroma.
This extremely healthy variety develops a robust and vigorous shrub, with an upright and bushy growth habit. It was named in honor of the flawed heroine from Thomas Hardy’s novel, "The Return of the Native".
Shrub roses are known for their vigorous bushy growth, developing as standalone bushes that do not require support or trellises, unlike climbing roses. They are ideal for adding volume to the garden, occupying much more space than modern hybrids and offering a rich visual display through their natural and dense form.
With a repeated and spectacular blooming throughout the season, this delightful floribunda rose can reach mature heights of approximately 110-120 cm, becoming a remarkable presence in any garden.
