The flowers have a superb delicate pink color, with a refined and romantic look. They open slowly, maintaining for a long time the compact and elegant shape characteristic of the Piano series roses. When fully open, they reach approximately 6–8 cm in diameter, and their rich shape gives the plant the charm of the classic roses of yesteryear.
Charming Piano is a reblooming variety, producing new waves of flowers throughout the season. The combination of the delicate color, the nostalgic shape of the flowers, and the well-structured habit makes it a very suitable choice for romantic gardens.
The plant develops a compact, bushy, and upright-growing shrub, reaching approximately 70–100 cm in height at maturity. Due to its balanced proportions, it can be easily integrated into beds, borders, or mixed plantings alongside perennials.
The flowers are also suitable for cutting, with Charming Piano being appreciated by Tantau even as a variety for professional cut flower production. Its elegant appearance makes it ideal for romantic bouquets and floral arrangements.
For group plantings, Tantau recommends approximately 4–5 plants/m², which corresponds to a planting distance of approximately 45–50 cm.
